FORM LETTER : OBJECTION TO MCC CONTROL OF CANNABIS

RE: OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED M.C.C. LICENSING RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE, POSSESSION, GROWING OF AND MEDICATING WITH THE CANNABIS PLANT

Please feel free to copy and paste the following form letter to object if you have not done so already, and forward to all the adresses below:

I, (FULL NAME), hereby object to the current licensing proposal by the M.C.C. and the Department of Health with reference to the Cannabis plant.

The proposed structure continues to enforce the prohibition of the plant which is unconstitutional and a violation of the mandate of government organisations, since to date the State has not proved harm caused by the use of the plant, and any review of current literature will undeniably prove the safety, efficacy and multiple benefits of the plant.

There are sufficient organisations in support of the ending of prohibition with sufficient evidence to support these claims and it is the mandate of government departments to give all of them, as well as the general public, opportunity to be heard and their evidence assessed.

(OPTIONAL ADDITION TO LETTER IN SUPPORT OF S.A.C.C.R.A.)

I HEREBY CONSENT TO THE S.A.C.C.R.A. MODEL OF SELF- REGULATION OF THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY AT COMMUNITY LEVEL BEING CONSIDERED AS A MORE BENEFICIAL ALTERNATIVE TO THE CURRENT PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS.
