S.A.C.C.R.A. CONTRIBUTORS
Currently, the S.A.C.C.R.A. Executive Council has applied for a permit from the Director General of the Dept. of Health as per the Medicines & Related Substances Control Act, to empower members until such time as the plant can be excluded from these unconstitutional laws. To date, there has not been a response from the Director General which is an absolute violation of EVERYONE'S Constitutionally protected rights. This means that we may have to litigate, and this is where it will benefit all of us to stand together.
By becoming a S.A.C.C.R.A. legal campaign contributor, you can participate in this action to ensure free and fair access to responsible use of the Cannabis plant for all, and make sure that current and future generations have access to the many benefits this plant has to offer without risk of criminalisation.
BECOMING A S.A.C.C.R.A. CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTOR
Until Cannabis has been removed from all prohibitive legislation all contributions are entirely directed to support the S.A.C.C.R.A. legal action to ensure free and fair access to responsible use of the Cannabis plant for all via our legal strategy.
This involves petitioning the Director General, Dept. of Health, Parliament and/or the Courts under Section 22(A) of the Medicines Act for permission for S.A.C.C.R.A. members to whilst we lobby for the removal of Cannabis from the current unconstitutional laws.
This will ensure a reliable, repeatable supply of excellent products for people at grass roots level who choose to engage Cannabis as a treatment.
The primary intention of the legal strategy is to ensure that everyone has the legal option of growing their own plants and making their own medicine for personal use within certain basic guidelines and with open medical supervision where necessary.
The success of this lobby will also allow for the establishment of community based trial C.C.A.s and training centres during the period of transition which will empower many people in a legal industry.
Anyone who does not wish to engage membership at this stage is invited to participate as a CONTRIBUTOR by donating a monthly sum by means of stop order to the S.A.C.C.R.A. Development Trust IT000167/2017(D).

NO-ONE MAY CLAIM ACCREDITATION FROM S.A.C.C.R.A. UNTIL LEGAL PERMIT IS ATTAINED AND WITHOUT HAVING UNDERGONE THE REQUIRED PROCESS AND BEING GIVEN OFFICIAL S.A.C.C.R.A. ACCREDITED STATUS WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED THROUGH THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
