Welcome to the South African Cannabis Community & Regulatory Association. We are passionate advocates for Cannabis LIBERATION and for its use as a sustainability key to medicinal, agricultural, industrial, environmental and socioeconomic evolution through responsible use, self-regulated at community level. Our site and association are constantly being evolved and we are involved in many grass roots activities where all true transformation takes place.

Since we became involved in the active Cannabis lobby in 2014, our local campaign has been eminently successful in changing attitudes and gaining acceptance of Cannabis in our community as a beneficial plant: from neighbours, genuine police officers, magisterial staff, doctors and health practitioners, multitudes of previously "cannabis unaware" folk and neighbouring communities. We have also developed sensible and simple regulatory agreements and protocols which we have tested extensively in practice and have found to be more than sufficient to the task and well received by collaborators and the public alike.

Sure, we face some tough times too, but standing together we always rise above the challenges, and we NEVER feel alone. Plus, along the way we have had a tremendous amount of fun and met many, many wonderful people. We have assisted numerous people with arrests and not one of the cases we have assisted in personally has gone to court.

By being shining examples of Cannabis users, we have reached far, far beyond our original circles and we have found the receptivity to all things Cannabis has blossomed around us. We are eager to share this success with anyone wishing to participate in this movement.
It is really simple – you only require 3 committed people to start a whole movement in your community and we are willing to support in any way we can, with promotional material in digital form, suggestions, advice and of course the model itself which provides the basic form and structure for you to work with in the way that most suits YOUR community.
